Many of the exporters we meet have created their product from a personal experience or need. Bon Tampons is a great example, and is to become the newest addition to our export product line-up in the US and UK.
Bon’s product is a 100% certified organic tampon that is beautifully presented, and in the six months since launch it is taking the New Zealand market by storm.
Bon was born after one of the founders faced a health scare and was diagnosed with cysts on her ovaries. After getting over the whole ordeal, as well as being incredibly thankful there were no complications in surgery, it was suggested by health professionals that she should source organic products when it came to her period to avoid future complications. There were very few options in New Zealand, and the idea for Bon tampons came about.
Enter new markets at a low cost.”
After successfully launching in New Zealand, CEO Rhys Clarburt wants to take the Bon experience to the world.
