American online shoppers spent $822 million in the first 11 hours of Black Friday, according to a news report published by Internet Retailer.
Various analysts reported year-on-year growth of 14% to 20%, comparing Black Friday 2015 to Black Friday last year. ExportX Black Friday sales in the USA were up 96% on last year.
One standout success was Obiqo, maker of skincare products containing special marine extracts. Black Friday sales of Obiqo Restoring Night Cream propelled it to the top of its category bestseller list on Amazon.com.
