Consumers in Canada view the most web pages of any developed nation.”
Internet users in Canada visited on average 3,731 web pages per month, the most of any developed nation, reports Internet Retailer. That puts Canadians just ahead of US consumers, who visited on average 3,709 web pages per month in the fourth quarter of 2012.
Canada is a major market and its geography lends itself to e-commerce. Online spending in Canada was up 10% in 2012 to $22 billion. Amazon is the most-visited retail website visited by Canada, followed by Apple, Kijiji, Best Buy and Wal-Mart.
Through its partnership with Amazon, World Wide Access offers product access to the Canadian market.
